The unit was over 35 years old Instead of telling me that I should buy a new airconditioner Tristan checked wiring of a new thermostat that was installed,found that the wires had been crossed and now it works perfectly.  When I got my bill it was more than reasonable so not only did he not try and upset me .The problem was solved and the charge was what another company would have changed just to come out .Thank you so much !
